To begin, institutional Bilingual project focuses on a
communicative approach; that is to say, we try to advance in the acquisition of
a foreign language, while the process of mother tongue is strengthened.
Therefore, COMFACHICO Educational Center presents a playful and dynamic
learning, born on the specific context in which they are immersed our students,
enriching their sociocultural environment and developing in parallel the four
(4) basic English language skills: speaking , listening, reading and writing.
For our purpose we have important pedagogical and
technological elements that help in the assimilation of content and stimulating
the individual processes of each student.
It is important to note that the integration of English
with other areas of knowledge, leads to strengthening the process of acquiring
a foreign language through the articulation of content and transversal
knowledge of English, mediated by the applied use of the technological platform
and teaching resources.
In the bilingual process the contents of initial way
is working in the native language in order to have better understanding of
these and then make addressing them in English, using interactive strategies
that allow students to come more naturally to the second language. It is
Important to say that teaching in grades preschool to 2nd is led by Licensed in
English, ensuring that the use of the foreign language is greater, so that
students from his early school years they become familiar with the language and
learning process more enjoyable and meaningful.

Para comenzar, el proyecto
Bilingüe institucional se centra en un enfoque comunicativo; es decir, se
pretende avanzar en la adquisición de la lengua extranjera, mientras que se
fortalece el proceso de la lengua materna. Por esto, el Centro Educativo
Comfachico plantea un aprendizaje lúdico y dinámico, que nace del contexto
específico en el cual están inmersos nuestros educandos, enriqueciendo así su
ambiente sociocultural y desarrollando de manera paralela las cuatro (4)
habilidades lingüísticas básicas en el inglés: hablar, escuchar, leer y
escribir.
Para nuestro
propósito contamos con importantes elementos pedagógicos y tecnológicos que
ayudan en la asimilación de contenidos y que estimulan los procesos
individuales de cada uno de los estudiantes.
Es
importante anotar que la integración del inglés con otras áreas de
conocimiento, conlleva al fortalecimiento del proceso de adquisición de la lengua
extranjera, a través de la articulación de contenidos y el manejo transversal
del inglés, mediado por el uso aplicado de la plataforma tecnológica y recursos
didácticos.
En el
proceso bilingüe se trabajan los contenidos de manera inicial en la lengua materna
para así tener mayor comprensión de estas y lograr posteriormente abordarlas en
inglés, usando estrategias interactivas que les permiten a los estudiantes
acercarse de manera más natural a la segunda lengua. Es importante resaltar que
las docentes de los grados que conforman el Preescolar hasta los grados 2° de
primaria son Licenciadas en Inglés, lo que garantiza que el uso de la lengua
extrajera sea mayor, con el fin de que los estudiantes desde sus primeros años
escolares se vayan familiarizando con la lengua y su proceso de aprendizaje sea
más agradable y significativo.
